GRADES 9, 10, 11, AND 12 |

| In order for a student
to be classified as a grade 10 student, he/she must have earned annual
credits in language arts/reading, mathematics, science, and social studies.
Additionally, the student should have earned two annual credits in the
remaining courses. In order for a student to be classified as a grade
11 student, the student must have earned a total of two language arts
and two mathematics credits and a cumulative total of 10 annual credits.
In order for a student to be classified as a grade 12 student, he/she
must have earned a total of three language arts and three mathematics
credits and a cumulative total of 16 credits. The minimum requirement
for classification as a grade 12 student is 16 annual credits in any
combination of 9-12 courses. Note: Promotion requirements for 18 credit College or Career Preparatory Program students may be different that those stated above. Please see your counselor for more information. |
